While our kitties are very excited by our new apartment here in LA that have tiled and hardwood floors (great for batting toys around and sliding into walls while running), I think they are more grateful that we don’t have snow.  Chicago always has crazy winters with tons of snow, the kind that blows sideways and is able to pile onto our 2nd story deck.  And of course when that happened we had to put all the kitties outside.  While Max loved to pounce and snort in the snow, Sam didn’t like the cold wet feeling on his paws.

I promise I’ll sit right here until this shelf thing and not get in your way at all!!

Working from home means that the kids get to bother you all day long.

I was cold and you weren’t around to snuggle….so I thought…you know…if I just laid by this heated laptop cord thingie I’d get a little warmer…then my nose got cold…so…you know…I just snuggled my nose up to it.  Works like a charm!

Since Wednesday is the middle of the normal work week and we all need a little something to get us to the weekend, I’ll post some fun kitty pictures each week.  Hopefully it’ll be a good smile to get you goin’.
