I’m revamping my Featured Seller series of blog posts to try and show off my fellow artisans. I’ve asked my featured sellers to give me responses to a few questions so you can not only read what I think about their shop, but you can also get a little info directly from them. If you’d like to be featured please visit this forum thread to get all the details.
So now, check out the Two Cheeky Monkeys shop (love the name by the way):

Tell us a little about yourself.
I am a stay-at-home mum of two little ones and I used to work as a research scientist. I have always loved to craft (my mum is rather arty and my dad is quite creative too) and besides making jewellery, love to sew and make paper craft of various sorts.
When did you first start making handmade products?
I have been making handmade products for years but didn’t start doing this seriously until I had my kids and wanted a way to entertain myself (and them) at home. It took over a year of making presents for friends and family before they convinced me that I should try selling my jewelery.
What makes your products unique?
I think the eclectic nature of the pieces I make is what makes them unique. I love to use vintage beads and findings but also frequently use more modern beads in my work too. And I love to mix up modern and vintage beads/findings within the same piece. Many of my pieces are OOAK too.
What item are you most proud of?
Oooh, that’s a hard one. I think that depends on my mood and how I’m being inspired at the time. I am currently love the Margarita necklaces, but I think the Tabitha choker is the one I love the best as the idea has been in my head for a while, I just needed the time to sit down and make it!

What’s your goal for the upcoming year?
My goal is to get to more markets next year (I’m doing my first one next week) as well as to get better at promoting my store. I would also love to start blogging but am not sure I’m ready for that yet.
Why should someone buy your products?
I’d like to think that my jewellery and accessories are well-made pieces at reasonable prices. I shop around to make sure that I get the best quality supplies at the best prices, which benefits my customers! Also, 10% of profits from each sale goes to Tear Australia, an aid and advocacy organization working in the developing world.
Here’s your chance to pimp your online persona (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, etc.).

Anything else we should know?
I’m very friendly and love to receive convos and Tweets from my customers or people just wanting to say hi. The pieces in my store can often be re-made with a different metal finish or in a different colour scheme or size. All customers need to do is convo me or send me an alchemy request
I am also open to custom orders in quantity, say for a bridal party!
There are some great pieces in this shop! I’ve posted pictures through this entry of a new of my favorites. There are some great items and tons of variety since there are over 100 items. All reasonably priced so you can afford to buy a gift for the holidays and then maybe treat yourself to something special too! I am also very excited that she managed to not only sell her items but also give to a great organization as well. This makes me want to do the same – I have to find a charity that I’m passionate about…
Thank you so much for being a featured seller!! Make sure you check out this shop and help to not only show support of a great artisan but also a great charity.
